I was looking at my profile page and I noticed that I never use this journal thing, so I thought I'm gonna start writing some random crap here when I'm bored.
So I'm gonna write about movies, I saw a LOT of movies recently, one of them were Salt and Transformers: Dark Of The Moon.
WARNING: SPOILERS!
Salt was very intense, Angelina Jolie did a great job as always. The movie was packed with action, and it was impossible to predict what's coming. I watched it with a friend who had watched it before, and at one point he gave me a hint on what was going to happen next, but even so, I still was caught totaly off guard. The best scene in the movie was when Salt jumped over the russian and choked him with the chain of her cuffs, while hanging from the railing, and the most shocking scene was when she watched her husband getting drowned in front of her, in every moment I thought she was gonna do something, but she remained ice cold during the whole time, a true agent.
Many twists and turns, this was a real thriller in every sence of the word.
Transformers: Dark of the moon was great, the fights between the Autobots and the Desepticons were amazing as usual, with awesome special effects, especially the scenes on the highway and I enjoyed watching them. As I had not seen the cast before, I was suprised when I saw that the replacement for Megan Fox was the girlfriend of the biggest badass on the planet (Jason Statham), and I think she was a good choice, maybe even better than Megan, except only her acting maybe wasn't on very high level, but it was ok.
It's really cool how they gave the little autobot dudes a vital role, and they did something very important, the scene when they saved BumbleBee from execution, I really had no idea what was gonna happen and it was tensed, well done for that scene.
I didn't like that Sam was pissed-off throughout the whole movie, I mean in every single scene, it was funny at first, but later on it got kinda annoying. I also didn't like that one of the Desepticons looked just like the Predator, wtf, I guess they thought it was cool or something.
I justify Sentinel's actions to some extent, as he was a great and wise warrior and patriot. In the final battle I think they should've made it so that Megatron kills Sentinel, that way Sentinel's mistake would be more emphasized and there would be room for a scene where Sentinel before dying would say to Optimus something like "I'm sorry", "I did it for Cybetron, for us", or something like that, and then Optimus would finish off Megatron and would not have to kill his old friend and teacher.
All in all, it was a fun movie to watch
Aaaaaaannd, that's it, if you're still reading than you really need to find something better to do, haha.
I'm getting back to drawing now, see ya.
